This course is designed for Sulky teacher certification alumni to continue their education OR new students to get certified. These are skill-building projects, and we suggest you take them in the order listed.
These techniques can be adapted to so many different uses beyond scarves. Think: inserts in garments, pillows, create bowls, and much more. Beautiful batik fabrics or silks, gorgeous yarns, and the perfect Sulky Threads and Stabilizers enhance every one of the finished Sensational Scarves. Oodles of additional embellishment techniques and ideas are shown, too, followed by a knock-your-socks-off trunk show that will give you dozens of ideas for future scarves and projects using these and other techniques.
Stress-Free, Fun, and Techniques-by-the-Ton
All of the 13 projects included must be completed to be eligible for certification. Create, photograph and post the required projects to the Teacher Certification Blackboard System. The Sulky Certification Teaching Staff will evaluate your projects. Once your evaluation is complete, you will then receive your Sulky Teacher Certification Certificate. Remember, being certified does not mean that you are required to teach.
